Refund and Returns Policy

Items may only be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be in the same condition as sold, including original packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the item has been abused, installed, damaged, modified, cut, welded, or any other alteration to the product, whether intentional or accidental. Returned items must include all accessories and packaged items. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee, regardless of condition. Clearance, used, and group buy items are not returnable.

In order to get a return, you MUST get a Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA. If you return a product without an RMA, you will not receive a refund or exchange.

No returns on the following under any circumstances:

  • Any part that has been installed or attempted to be installed
  • Wear and tear parts
  • Products that have been abused or altered in any way, whether intentional or accidental
  • Items that are special ordered
  • Clearance items
  • Used items sold on the store
  • Items purchased through group buys or similar deals
  • Any item that has had it’s packaging removed, altered, or damaged

Shipping Policy

In the event that a package is stolen, lost, or otherwise, MarTek is not liable or accountable for the package under any circumstance. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

Packages are shipped using your company’s FedEx, UPS, or DHL account. Carriers may be changed if we are contacted directly and requested to do so. Shipping will be charged to the shipping account specified at checkout or to accounts previously used with us for returning customers. All shipping charges will be charged on the monthly statement you receive from your shipping company.

Prices listed do not include VAT, duty, import taxes, or any sales tax at all. It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes are paid as required by law.

Delivery time is not guaranteed, regardless of speed selected. Delays in shipping may be caused by mis-routed packages, natural phenomenon, or other factors. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure timely delivery, and once it has been dropped off with the carrier it is out of our control. If the package becomes stuck at customs, MarTek will provide ONLY documentation necessary to release the package. We are not responsible for any accrued fees from customs holds.

If a shipment is refused for any reason (refused by customer, invalid address, etc), you will be billed for return shipment fees as well as cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Free shipping offers are only valid on the first shipment, and you may be contacted to cover the shipping fee to resend the package.

Payment Policy

We accept payment via Stripe. Minimum order quantity is no less than $150 USD. Purchases will be shipped when possible as soon as payment clears. Standard shipping lead time is 2 to 3 weeks, but could be as long as 8 to 10 weeks for certain parts when stock is poor.

Cancellations

Orders that have shipped may not be canceled, no exceptions. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible. Again, once an order has shipped, it cannot and will not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Orders that have not shipped or are on backorder may be canceled up to 30 days after the order date with no additional fees. After 30 days, cancellations are subject to administrative processing fees of up to 25% of your total order. This is to cover credit card processing and other costs.

International orders may not be canceled past the 30 day cancellation window under ANY circumstances.

MarTek reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. If we cancel your order, usually due to MarTek being unable to acquire certain parts such as assemblies and sub assemblies, we will fully refund your order. **review before releasing site**

Certain parts may be specialty items that are hand-made or made-to-order. Due to the business requirements of the brands we source from, we are not able to provide cancellations for these orders once they have been placed.

Disclaimers

MarTek shall not be held liable for any damage cause to your prober due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or any other use not intended for the product(s). MarTek is also not responsible for any laws broken through the use of our products.
